Ibis Transliteration Options
Ibis transliteration options allow you to customize the
transliteration of Greek text, either from a Unicode text or from a Beta coded
text.
When transliterating Greek usually the letter ksi is rendered as
ks. Check the corresponding option if you prefer the shorter notation
x. If transliterating Beta code you can also specify the start
Beta code 'font' for your text. If transliterating Unicode you can choose
to generate an output limited to the standard Windows codepage (Windows-1252)
8-bits set (which has the advantage of being readable with any font) or
using the full range of Unicode characters (which will be less imperfect but
requires a font with all the glyphs for representing long, shorts, etc.).
